ORDERING
We order all of our products from authorized distributors as well as directly from the Artists, Studios and Brands that we carry! We are Authorized Retailers of every brand you see in this store, and you are welcome to contact us with any questions you have about a product and its authenticity!
All of our payment forms can be selected at Check Out, and payment instructions will be provided after you complete your order!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credits.
Secured Payment
We accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, and Certified Bank Checks
Direct Deposit
We accept Direct Deposit payments to our Wells Fargo Account, which can be made in person at a Wells Fargo Branch.
Wire Transfer
We accept direct Bank Wire Transfers, which can be made in person and possibly Online/Over the phone through your bank.

The smoking age in the United States is now 21 years of age, and as such you must be 21 years or older to place an order with us. We ship all smoking products with Adult Signature Verification, so you will be ID'd upon receipt of your order. We also may require digital Real ID photo verification.
However, we carry many other types of products on our site, like pendants, artwork and apparel!
Demand for products in our industry has skyrocketed during the COVID-19 Pandemic, while some of the top Artists, Studios & Brands have seen losses in production. This has led to orders from Mothership, Toro, Sovereignty, Mobius and more to sell out within a day.

SHIPPING
We currently ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico! We are working on international shipping solutions and will update our homepage when it is available!
You can, but based on the value of your order, we may require a Real ID verification before we fulfil your order, as well as a Credit Card Authorization Form. These are required Anti-Fraud measures.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 and more recent Oil Prices, shipping costs have gone up aggressively and will be reflected at checkout. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we have no control over what USPS/UPS charges for their shipping.
Shipping costs include shipping insurance & signature confirmation on most glass products, meaning if anything happens to your package, we have you covered. It can take months for Insurance claims to clear, but we get you a resolution as soon as it is definitive that your package is lost or damaged!
That said, we currently offer Free Ground Shipping On Orders Over $1000, and we also occasionally run FREE SHIPPING specials!
We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and ground shipping usually adds a day per time zone. Pacific customers get ground shipments in a day or two, while our east-coasters usually gets packages in five business days. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, all carriers do not guarantee shippings times. On some packages, we have seen delays, but for the most part Brown is holding it down!
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day are not guaranteed as well. For the most part packages ordered with these services seem to be making the expected arrival date, but also remember that deliveries are Monday - Friday, so a Next Day Air package that goes out Friday still won't arrive until Monday!
It depends on where the items you order are located. If they are in our Warehouse or San Mateo store, we usually ship the business day after your order is placed. If the items are at our Walnut Creek or San Francisco locations, this can add a 2-3 Business day delay before we ship. You can always Contact Us to check how soon an item would be shipped.
We primarily ship with UPS, as their services have proven to be the most reliable in the past, and more so recently. We do offer USPS shipping as well. We may add more carriers in the future!
POST-DELIVERY
Yes! Returns are available for Brand New/Unopened Products, and may be subject to a Restocking Fee of up to 20% Click here to access our Returns interface, it points out the main details of our Return Policy!
No matter how well packed and padded, products sometimes don't survive shipment. If this happens with your order, we got your back! We ship all glassware insured, and turn around claims faster than a courier will. However, you must take photos and contact us immediately after receiving a damaged item. Glassware is fragile and must be handled with care. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and broken pieces cannot be used. We can only be responsible to anything that happens to your piece before your receive it, not after. That said, if you ever break a piece you picked up from us, let us know! We always try to show love when that unfortunate event happens.
