We take credit card fraud seriously at The Cave.  Credit Card Fraud is a drain on businesses and consumers everywhere, and is a felony in our state.  The Cave has and will continue to assist in the prosecution of any parties who commit credit card fraud through our website.  We will do everything in our power to protect our customers, ourselves, and consumers everywhere.

As a part of our security measures, we require customers to submit a Credit Card Authorization Form in cases of different BIlling & Shipping Addresses, as well any time we find necessary to validate the legitimacy of an order.  We apologize for the extra effort required on the customers part, but feel this is best solution for all parties involved.

If you have found an unauthorized charge on your Credit Card for our store, please Contact Us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
