Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday - Friday.  If all the products in your order are available from our shipping center, we may ship as soon as the same day!  If a product is mid-transfer or at another location, this can add 1 - 3 business days of processing time before the order is shipped.  Order's are not shipped until they are verified as ready to ship, which may be delayed due to missing items, damaged items, fraudulent purchase flags, need for customer communication, etc.

Our team is experienced in safely packing our products. There have only been a handful of breakages after over 13,000 orders, and all due to extreme damage to the package by the courier.  We automatically insure fragile shipments and require Adult Signature Verification on all orders that contain products prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21.  

We primarily recommend UPS as the shipping service at this time.  We have always been fans of USPS, but have seen numerous delivery issues with them in 2020 - 2021.  Due to COVID-19 Pandemic Staff Shortages in sorting centers and delivery routes, no couriers are currently guaranteeing their services.  This means Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day are not guaranteed to arrive on time, and couriers will not provide refunds if they don't. As such, we recommend paying for more expensive shipping services at your own risk until the guarantee is restored.
